I dont understand. This issue was adressed dozens of times. It happens on every OS, every video format, to totally random people and for several years at least. No known fix yet and no response about the issue either. Thread examples: 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 and many more. My personal expirience: 2 PCs, 3 OSs...
