I included the username / password in the URL like this:
rtsp://user:password@192.168.1.10:8854/live0.264 and that worked

Hi I can successfully stream from my CCTV DVR using the url: rtsp://192.168.1.10:8854/live0.264 using the Mac OS X Desktop VLC app. I am now trying to open the same stream on my iPhone using the latest VLC iOS app, but it won't play.
