I'm running VLC Media Player version 3.0.7.1 on a Windows 10 64-bit system. My version of Windows 10 64-bit contains the VideoLan files in Program Files (x86) and appears to run correctly. Why are the files not in Program Files?
I read about the Zoom feature in the Wiki. My Zoom feature does not seem to work. At least I can't get it to work. I can select Zoom (right click > Video > Zoom) at the various choices but I don't see any change on the screen. What am I missing here?
This issue is RESOLVED. This is a process of the Windows 10 operating system and not of individual programs. The process is called "Jump Lists". To turn off jump lists in Windows 10: 1. Click on Start > Settings. 2. Click Personalization. 3. In the Personalization window, click Start in th...
Regarding the above post, I am using VLC version 2.2.6 on a Windows 10 computer. I have searched thru my Users...folder and my Program Files (X86) folder but cannot find anything regarding recently played files.

Dashcam Viewer plays 1920x1080x60 fps smoothly. Perhaps something in my system is not right? I'm using a Windows 10 compute...
The Status Bar item only appears in the View menu in my version (2.2.4). I clicked it and after a few times of clicking it I then was able to find the Status Bar and the 1.00X. Thank you for helping me out!
Using version 2.2.6 on a Windows 10 machine. Since installing this version a Zoom feature appears at the upper left corner of the display each time I start a new video. I can reset it to any particular zoom, and I can dismiss it, but every time I restart the video it reappears, and it always appears...
