I just tried using the Local Network feature instead and I get the exact same lag issues. This renders the app basically useless. Any ideas?

When I upload a video via Remote Playback I experience lag. It happens randomly.. sometimes in quick succession, like with 30 second intervals, other times maybe after 5 minutes or if I'm lucky, 10 minutes. Sometimes the lag is tiny but mostly it lasts a couple of seconds and the video jumps like 5 ...
