Since the latest update this has stopped

Never had any real issues with VLC until recently. Lately when I click on a movie file the audio only turns on about 1/4 of the time. I have to restart the video and vlc over and over before the audio kicks in. Any ideas?

I can confirm that switching video output from Automatic to Direct3D 9 resolve the issue.

I scan a lot of video, mostly mp4, and before the windows update on the 13th I didn't have any issues. But since the update, fast forwarding sticks, it's almost like what happens with a buffer when streaming. Sometimes it just a second or so, other times the video freezes up for 10-20 seconds. uninstalled and reinstalled, fixed it

this issue started for me today, can't figure out how to fix it

I've got 2.2.6 Umbrella, and it says I have the latest version.



As you can see, the lines aren't crisp, they are all pixilated.

Since the newest update whenever I want to watch a DVD the quality is very pixilated and subtitled are unreadable. Watching videos downloaded play fine. Anyone else having this issue and if so, anyone know a fix?

Can you make it so we can fine tune the volume, I would like to adjust the volume one percent at a time instead of five percent.

If there is a way to do this already, please let me know, I have been trying to figure it out for quite some time now.
