I tried to download a skin and save it to the file as instructed, but I got a pop-up on my computer saying I didn't have permission to save in that file. said I needed administrator permission. I am the administrator - on my computer I mean. So if I can't download to that file, what can I do?

When I go to Media>Convert/Save the Open Media box pops up, I click on File>File Selection>Add, then I chose a file I want to convert and click Open, when I get back to the pop up box there is nothing there. I tried it a few times but no luck. What am I doing wrong?
