Ive tried converting with every site available. I get error messages from them too. I think I have pin pointed it down to the "codes". However, I know nothing about them. It opened before from my cell phone now it wont on either laptop or phone.

I have downloaded some phone conversations. The app says I have to use VLC to download/open them. It saves them as a 3gpp file, but WONT OPEN THEM UP. I'm not to computer literate, but can usually troubleshoot and I am stumped. I can't even find a legit site to convert them. I get the following erro...
