Hello, in VLC 2.2.x, decoding a 1920*1080 stream I found the "resolution" (under the codec tab) showing 10 lines more, : 1920*1090. On the 3.x version this has been changed to "Buffer dimensions". What exactly this parameter means? Is there any specific reason why there are 10 li...
