check if the site that provides subs, is banned from your country!! its an obvious matter and start from there! if you want, use a VPN to overcome this restriction! that worked for me (with the same problem that you describe here).

Thanxs for the reply.! After some experiments that i did with the programe and serch for solution, finally i discovered that my country forbids access to the site that provide subtitles! its banned!! from my ip and of course others too, so even this problem I finally overtake it and found solution!!...

I tried some time now, to find and download subtitles, but the plug in its not doing anything..only apears the searching bar and after some time nothing hapens!
So what is the issue here? i have the latest version and win 11 but the problem started from when i had win10 (64bit)
any help??

Is there a version for win 10 64 bit available ? and WHY the subtitle (plugin) downloader not working? freezes stuck and its not searching for subtitles online? other times says can't connect with ftp, other times freezing and I can't close it! I try the 2.2.4 version 32 bit but still dissapointed! ...
