Update. I am sure I was able to send the ts flow from satellite to skystar to ProgDVB to VLC to stream and transcoded (.... and this could be the problem....), but my only problem in a only-Http system is to match in the router all ports and forwarding. Any suggestion, limited to router and ports......

Alone, I got almost everything... I can transcode a saved TS file to mp4 and send it to my phone using VLC and the internet; But I can make VLC streaming the live inflow of ts from the satellite, BUT I can get the system open it in another pc in the lan (transcoding activated...) Any idea..... Regards

PS: I couldn't stream a simple movie inside my LAN with VLC, this my level in streaming.....
