Hello, I have problems reading a video file with charactersitics as in subject. I hear only audio and the video is completely black. The video is normally played by native xbox one app (film and tv). I read somewhere in the internet that after the release of updated windows 10 UWP app, a cumulative bugfix update for winRT version would have been released. Actually the winRT version is stuck at 1.7 . Is this a wrong information ? Will This kind of update ever arrive ?
