i fixed the problem.

this is a compare between my good working vlc and the one that won't stream. notice how the bad vlc can't find a access modules match. notice how the good vlc finds live555. funny, i have a folder call "live" in my home->vlc_build folder, right beside my ffmeg folder, wonder why it doesn't...
