I would like to say that I've also tried the vlc nightly version 3.0.0-20160806-0439 and it still doesn't work...

Hello to all,
I have the same problem with VLC 2.2.4 (currently the last stable version). Some .mkv files don't play on my CIFS share... instead if i copy the file in local it works... How can i solve this problem? Thank you
