I have the same problem and with 1080p on 4k screen. On startup it like here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/s32ggyup265vu8f/IMG_20160728_184415.jpg?dl=0 and when I go to full screen it like here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ynqu54qh9x3cltp/IMG_20160728_184426.jpg?dl=0 At the same time any video in browser...
