Got a new laptop today.

Installed VLC - and now need to change the graphic EQ.

The laptop does not have a mouse.

How do I adjust the graphic EQ sliders with the keyboard?

I got the URL from the webpage by...(Firefox)

Padlock to the left of URL bar -> Connection secure -> More information -> Media

...then copied the video URL.

Have I done that part wrong?

I would like to play a video stream in VLC, but, it seems there is a problem with the URL. Guessing the URL needs to be stripped? Ok, so, what would you say to me if I was using a current VLC version? I could at least see if the same thing works in 2.0.1.

Additional : Using VLC 2.0.1 (Twoflower) as it is the last version with the much needed Mono Playback function.
