Still unresolved. Windows 10 is garbage but I cannot put windows 7 on this machine.
No matter what video or movie, once it plays it refuses to do anything, even in full screen it sits there and no options can be selected (such as seeking, adding subtitles, minimizing window,).

So either I open VLC to watch a video, go to fullscreen or any of those things, it will play the video but everything else freezes. I wanted subtitles to come up for some foreign segments but once i right click, nothing happens, actually i cant do anything. I can seek to any point but the time does ...

mine just stays frozen until i end the process, i cant even click on the menus or anything.

Is there a way to contact VLC? No one is responding to my issues and apparantly that means, either no one has them and I am the only one, or because im new no one cares.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Seriously, no one knows why vlc just becomes unresponsive when you play a video and refuses to close/change settings, etc.. unless you use Crtl + Alt +Del?

I guess there is no fix for Windows 10 version?
