snap package update?

Current VLC release is 3.0.8 but the snap is still on 3.0.7. Will it soon be updated?

Please enable libdvdcss for snap package

Can you package the snap together with libdvdcss? Your Windows builds for example seem to have it.

Re: snap package: no localization

Thanks. But next problem: VLC comes without libdvdcss and it doesn't recognize the version installed on my system.

snap package: no localization

I've installed the snap package from here: https://snapcraft.io/vlc
It works, but the language is always set to English, even though localization files seem to exist. How can I change the language?

win64: looking for updates doesn't work

I've installed the 2.2.2 win64 installer version on Windows 10. It has this feature that it looks for an available update, but that doesn't seem to work. It always says I'm using the latest version despite version 2.2.3 already being released.
