Hello,
Can VLC split files at a given interval? Perhaps 1GB?

I would like to output my camera to disk, but I would like the file to split once it gets too big.

Any ideas?

When outputting my transcoded video to FILE:
Is there any way I can place a timestamp in the filename?

ALSO,
is there a way to make VLC create a new file after every 1 GB?
