I changed nothing in the settings.Update 2.2.3 fixed it for me, didn't try changing any other settings.
This issue also exists for me with x264.[...] but it always happens with x265/HEVC video.

Issue still exists in 2.2.3Will be fixed in 2.2.3
Downgraded again to 2.2.1
