I use VLC to screen videos I'm analysing for work. It used to be possible to click the timecode and switch between time elapsed and time remaining. Same problem -- subtitles don't display in .mkv files in VLC 2.2.2 on Mac OSX. It's been like this for a while. I've tried resetting preferences, changing the renderer, changing the font, no luck. Can we please have a fix?
