How to turn Accelarated video output (Overlay) off?

Is there a way to turn off this VLC option called Accelerated video output (Overlay) without using libVLC command line argument?

Forgot to say that this line "vlcInstance = libvlc_new(0, NULL);" specifically produces errors.

Hi everybody! I tried to implement this example from https://wiki.videolan.org/Using_libvlc_with_Delphi/ on C++Builder-6 and it worked fine, but before playing video I get these errors. All they say that entry point into specified procedure hasn't been found in specified DLL file. http://i76.fastpic...
