Update: I tried to uninstall VLC 64-bit (with deleting preference and cache) and then installing 32 bit, but now both problems are also in the 32 bit.

What can I do?

Hello, I upgraded to VLC 64-bit (2.2.2) and suddenly there are strange border lines for some videos.
