Change the file name to one word with no periods. The latest version can't handle periods in the file name. dark.knight.mp4 to darkknight.mp4

I should add that if the file has a "title" embedded with periods in the name that should be renamed as well.

I've been having the exact same problem since mid-December and I've think I just found the solution. On your local network drive change the file name so that it's xxxx.zzz in which xxxx is one word and zzz is the appropriate file extension. File names with multiple periods seem to be the problem.
