I have found the issue. On the motherboard there was a physical switch with prevented the CPU to go beyond 800MHZ. Took my some hours to find but now I have switch it off, the video runs fine!!!!!!!

Do you have any other player where it is choppy?
Is the video fine in Go-Pro Studio or also choppy there?
