No luck with this one (and modified path and IP):
vlc c:\videos\wherever\cat-video-3944.mp4 --sout="#chromecast{ip=10.0.0.12}"

VLC window opens but nothing happens on PC or TV.

Anybody out there having luck?
What about Bitstream / audio passthrough with chromecast?
