I have been testing this out for a few days now, checking and unchecking stuff to see if it would work. It still doesn't. The option works on Full Screen and Windowed Mode, but it doesn't work with Wallpaper Mode. I will have videos that 1) will move to the top of the screen and 2) scale incorrectly...
