Like I said in my post, I want to adjust the time of the "step forward" and "step backward" buttons, not the hotkeys. Where is the configuration that determines what values to use for those buttons?

I can't figure out how to change the amount of time the "step forward" and "step backward" buttons move. I can see how to change the time for the hotkeys, but not buttons.
