Yes, you want to access Tools/Customize from the menu bar | from there you'll be able to add a frame-by-frame and FF button. I actually believe the FF button is enabled when switching to advanced view.
Just wondering what constitutes a save* for the Media Library. It seems it saves upon closing but that is really risky as there have been times when I added a ton of new media and it in fact did not save upon closing. It would be really helpful & assuring if there was a dedicated save button, or...
