th4re's a 'snapshot' button on the main toolbar.. when I click to take the snapshot as i have always done.. boom... NOTHING HAPPENS.. NOTHING... i uninstalled then downloaded VLC video player but still wont work.. ?????

Sorry but i can barely navigate myself on this post.... I have windows VISTA Have been using VLC media player for couple years.. and I would take a snapshot whenever playing one of my own movies.. or rented dvd... no problem Then ...????????? what I did or happen.. but SNAPSHOT no longer worked.. tr...
