What about a fresh install program with my skin and the settings? How would I go about making that?

Just like this http://download.videolan.org/pub/videol ... -win32.exe but with my skin as default and different settings.

...but with a different skin and MTU value. How would I go about making this?

Did you get VLC to play back MPEG-1 streams from a Vbrick? If so, could you tell me how to do so?
