I just recently updated to 2.2.1 and I suddenly have the same problems with wmv files. They stutter, no matter wich resolution they have. I have the same problem with VLC > v2.1.5 (v2.2.x for example). Nothing helps. In the CHANGE LOG , i found this entry: Changes between 2.1.6 and 2.2.0: ... Demux...
