Noticed another way to fix the issue is to go back into mini player and expand again in case that helps in any way

It's been a will since I did this but try to see if this is possible but plex media server maybe able to run the DVD files if loaded on the library

Otherwise try

Select Video_TS folder and click browse to find folder.
Click to select and highlight the VIDEO_TS folder and click Open.

VLC allows you to play the videos in a small window on top of apps in case your watching something but quickly want to do something else

I cannot delete my files using vlc from 3.3.3 beta 2 update.
When i try to delete files using vlc the app crashes.

So noticed since the last update sometimes with new videos VLC will show as if the video was ready partially played

If I click on it it's as if I have already started watching it
