I've tried both the 64-bit and 32-bit version of the latest release and I get an instant crash when trying to convert. I was trying to use VLC to capture my desktop, and when it tries to save a file it crashes out. Every time, both versions. I'm going to try an earlier version. I'm on Win7 Ultimate ...
