Temporary fix:

Replace libflac_plugin.dll from \Plugins\Codec with this one:
http://people.videolan.org/~jb/tmp/libflac_plugin.dll

I'd love to use this fix while VLC 2.2.1 isn't released, but i can't download it >.>
