It does not matter. VLC renders the film at the INTENDED value from the CREATOR. If the creator wanted 24 fps and bluriness, VLC will render that. If the creator wanted 60fps, VLC will render 60fps. VLC plays at the actual speed of the movie, because this is what the CREATOR WANTED. This is pointle...
