I tried reinstalling VLC as admin, but an issue came up. Specifically, I have no idea how to reinstall as an admin. I feel like I am missing something obvious. I would appreciate any advice/

I actually experienced the same problems when I first installed VLC (been so long that I can't really recall which version it was).
