In Preferences, you have the option to customize Hotkeys.

It may be possible to customize Hotkeys so that you can toggle back and forth between channels.

Are you asking how to share a log? If so, I haven't done this myself, but according to Administrators on multiple other threads, to share a log: Open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the operation and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.
