There is also another reason, vlm tells vlc to compress the mosaic in h264, it's an extra encoding and decodig that doesn't have sense. We're decoding streams to visualize them on screen directly

As the Bargraph is under OSD, maybe it depends on how long OSD lasts on the screen before a new one is visualized? If there is a minimum value for example of 400ms and this is why my Bar Graph is showed only at 2fps only. Thank you

I've already did, I've disabled IPv6 everywhere. There is no way to diasable IPv6 on VLC, it looks that the only way is to start VLC with paramenter --ipv4 to force it.
