im having the same problem on windows 7 64bit with 1.0.3 when plaing dvd but it wont detect it only will let me play stero mono or a52 over spdif and with i try a52 over spdif on wave out mode it sound is skipping like computer is slow

i need Dynamic Data Exchange becouse the IRC client i use wont add support for VLC untill Dynamic Data Exchange is supported in vlc

If you at least try and get smaller Linux distro to use vlc or just try to see if can't convince reactos to use it as the os defult media player
