Now that 2.4.0 is finally back (just got it by restoring my "purchase" from the App Store), this is the one feature I'd like to see. I suspect that many Apple users, like myself, keep their large video files on a Time Capsule (which uses SMB sharing). By the way, great work getting VLC bac...
