Okay thanks very much, would it be an idea to show the user some feedback about this limitation while trying to play a 1080p video?

Sorry for being blond, but Is that limited to M$ it's own apps then? as the default app can play it's own recorded video's...

Just updated to 1.0.11.0 has the same issue, wasn't expecting a fix overnight, just reporting progress

I have an issue with playing Video's recorded by the device WP930 running Win 8.10.14219.341 / Lumia Denim VLC Beta 1.0.10.0 Video stutters and shows artifacts, updates a frame every 5 seconds or so.
