I see the same thing, I've tried both 32bit and 64bit versions of 2.2.0 and see stuttering, and block corruption post stuttering, on HD videos. When using 2.1.5 no stuttering, nor corruption, at all. Have reverted back to 2.1.5 for now, but if more information is required then I could install 2.2.0 ...
