Green line seems to be solved by using an even number in "force subtitle position" and "cropadd, add pixels to bottom."

Don't use odd numbers there.

You have to turn on the Filter that you just configured. Tools/Preferences/Filter, you'll see a bunch of checkboxes, select "Video Scaling Filter". But notice there are 2 checkboxes with that same name... the one you need is the one that will cause the word "cropadd" to show in a...
