How can I get VLC Media Player to successfully receive and record DVB-S2 HD TV transmissions using this capture card ???

I have a recently bought WinTV-NOVA-HD-S2 PCI card installed in my PC (Windows Vista 32bit) I can successfully receive and record DVB-S SD TV transmissions with VLC version 1.1.11 using scripts.
