It happens in Australia as well after deleting it after upgrading I went to my Purchaces but it was not in there I then searched the App Store and it didn't show up. Maybe it has not been made avalible on iOS 8 or doesn't have support yet for iOS 8. I am just going to have to wait until something ha...
