Hello,

sudently VLC stopped adding its icon in the favourite (when on e clicks on the windows start button, not the jump list at the bottom of the screen)
other programs keep on adding their icon and recent files
I reinstalled VLC but it does not work

i use vlc 3.0 and all settings are gone
in v2, I could enable audio normalization

here, the File/preferrences menu just display a rather useless right panel that does not go away

Edit/preferences or Edit/settings dont help much either
