Please put back the "old" ( 2.0.8 ) audio device menu. Presumably as an extra menu, named differently, since the existing menu has been reused for something else.

To date, I have yet to see any attempt at even making a reasonable patch, so I can only gather the issue is not all that serious. That's an odd way to measure the success of a new feature. I wonder how many of your users have the ability/time to start re-coding their apps every time they don't like...
