Tools -> Preferences (Show settings = All) -> Advanced

There are two options:

Allow only one running instance
One instance when started from file

How are these options set ?
Both are set (True).

Recently, my VLC started behaving differently: before, double-clicking on a video file would load that video file to VLC, and start playing the video. Hi Rémi, How does one become an active developer for VLC? I speak Hebrew, understand Unicode (including Unicode representation of voweled Hebrew), and develop for Unix in Python and C. Are the VLC sources available, and if so, could someone point me to the SRT rendering modules? Maybe I could figure...
