I think I found the Problem. If I encode the File with mediacoder - VLC will Play normally. If I encode the File with Internet Friendly Media Encoder the Files are not played. The Problem seems to be with the Program which encodes in h265.

Now I tried mediacoder - much slower

And the Result: VLC played the vids

I try to test the new h265 vids because Filesize and so on. With the Internet Friendly Media Decoder I made a File.
