This bug continues with audio only. Once it "resolved" by me just letting the call ring but 9 times out of 10 the phone freezes by continuing to "ring" until I have to reset the phone by pressing Home + Power On.

Spoke too soon, tried it again.

Audio cuts out, screen and phone freezes, phone continues to ring, have to hard reset iPhone.

Anyone got a stable app to listen to .m3u? VLC is great for that but freezing on a call is annoying to say the least, probably a deal breaker....

I experienced the same bug, iPhone would freeze if a call came in while I was listening to an internet audio stream (.m3u). Only hard reset could reboot phone. Upgrading to latest iOS did not fix it.
